Our Halls and Rooms
Kronensaal
The Kronensaal is our largest hall. It consists of three sub-halls – the Melchsee-Saal, the Zimmertal-Saal, and the Iwi-Saal – which can be used individually or combined. It offers space for up to 400 people and is ideal for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and concerts. The seating can be tailored to your event – whether classic with round tables, long tables, or concert-style seating.
Melchsee-Saal
The Melchsee-Saal is one of the three sub-halls of the Kronensaal at Hotel Krone Sarnen and is ideal for smaller to medium-sized events. With 72 m² of space, it accommodates up to 80 people in concert-style seating or around 40 people at round tables. The Melchsee-Saal can be combined with the Zimmertal-Saal to create a larger room if needed.
Zimmertal-Saal
With 90 m² of space, the Zimmertal-Saal, one of the three sub-halls of the Kronensaal, offers versatile options for your event. Depending on the seating arrangement, it accommodates up to 120 people in concert-style seating, 90 people at long tables, or 50 people at round tables. The Zimmertal-Saal can be combined with the Melchsee-Saal or the Iwi-Saal to create a larger room if needed.
Iwi-Saal
At 85 m², the Iwi-Saal is almost the same size as the Zimmertal-Saal and offers the same seating options: up to 120 people in concert-style seating, 80 people for an aperitif, 90 people at long tables, or 50 people at round tables.
The Iwi-Saal and the Zimmertal-Saal can be combined to create a larger room if needed.
Freeheit 1
The Freiheit 1 is the ideal event space. Equipped with a professional bar, projector and mobile screen, sound system, and lighting system, it offers space for up to 180 people on 117 m² – perfect for parties, concerts, or performances.
Freeheit 2
The Freiheit 2 is an elongated room that is ideal for meetings and seminars. With 110 m² of space, it accommodates up to 120 people at long tables. It can also be optimally connected with the Freiheit 1.
