The Brauwerk Restaurant is the creative brewery of the Schützengarten Brewery, offering modern brewpub cuisine and specialty beers. The centerpiece of Brauwerk Restaurant is the classic brewhouse on the ground floor with a brewing capacity of 500 liters.
